Landmark partnership establishes Prairie Toyota Dealers as league's first automotive partner
The Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) and Prairie Toyota Dealers announced Wednesday a new partnership that will see Toyota become the league’s first automotive partner. As part of the landmark partnership, Prairie Toyota Dealers will be the Official Automotive Partner of the CEBL’s Western Conference and the presenting partner of the CEBL’s Western Conference Playoffs.
“Toyota has a rich history of supporting Canadian sports, including a long-standing commitment to Canadian basketball,” said Mike Morreale, Commissioner and Co-Founder of the CEBL. “We are so pleased to see that investment grow to include the CEBL and our teams in the Western Conference and welcome the addition of Prairie Toyota Dealers as our groundbreaking first automotive partner.”
With Prairie Toyota Dealers as the presenting partner of the CEBL’s Western Conference Playoffs, fans will be introduced to the Toyota Fan Zone, a branded experiential seating section providing fans with access exclusive contests and promotions throughout each playoff game. CEBL fans in the Prairies will also have access to money-can’t-buy CEBL experiences as part of Prairie Toyota Dealers commitment to enhance the CEBL fans experience through this partnership.
“The freedom to move and how it comes to life in sports has always been important to Toyota,” said Chris Schulz of Prairie Toyota Dealers. “Each dealer is committed to supporting initiatives at the heart of their community, and we’re proud that we can be CEBL’s first automotive partner. Together, we are excited to elevate the experience even further both on and off the court.”
Prairie Toyota Dealers represents 37 dealerships located in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Maintaining quality connections with people is as important as selling quality cars. Each dealership supports a worthy cause or hosts an event of their choosing that they know is close to their community’s heart.
